Photos
Choose your photos well.  Bear in mind that our charms range from 6mm to 18mm.  That is small.  Do not try to fit too much on the smaller charms.  Remember, the crisper your photos, the better they will look on charms.  If you have doubts that a photo will look good on a charm before you purchase, feel free to send us your photo first.

Proofs
If you would like for us to send you a proof of your cropped photos and/or art work please let us know as we would be happy to do so.

Pricing
Low prices do not mean low quality.  We try very hard to provide you quality products at the lowest prices possible therefore we do not negotiate prices.

Processing Time
Plan ahead...It takes 3-5 days (not including weekends and holidays) to complete your charms once  payment is received and cleared, all photos/requests have been received and after you have approved your proof (should you want a proof). Please add Shannonsitaliancharms@gmail.com to your approved email addresses to insure that your order is not delayed.

Shipping
Once your charms are finished they will be shipped via USPS using the shipping method you choose at check-out.  We ship to the address registered on your PayPal account.  Should you need your items sent to a different person and/or address please email us at Shannonsitaliancharms@gmail.com.  Please do not include this information in the PayPal memo line as we often do not receive the memo.  If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders as you will need to pay for shipping expenses separately on all packages.  NOTE:  WEBSITE AND EBAY PURCHASES CANNOT BE COMBINED.  We are not responsible for carrier delivery times nor can we guarantee delivery times.

Payment
Shop with confidence as all transactions are handled securely thru PayPal and you don't even need a PayPal account to shop.  If you would like to pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check please download the Printable Order Form (to the left).  NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE.

Returns/Refunds/Replacements
Since most of our items are custom made we do not offer refunds/returns.  We will however replace any flawed jewelry within 7 days of you receiving them.  Please remember to care for you custom jewelry as you would your most expensive jewelry.  We do not replace items that were wrongly ordered.

Ready To Order?
There is no need to request an invoice, just find the items you would like, click the "Add To Bag" button, a new window will open and you can update your quantities there.  When you are done, click the "Check-Out" button on your cart page.
