Shipping & Handling

We ship USPS Domestic and International First Class Mail; Priority Mail; and Express with Delivery Confirmation.  Shipping fees include a small handling fee.  You will receive an email with your tracking number once your charms have shipped.  Shipping costs are below and method can be chosen during check-out.  We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. 

We ship to the address registered on your PayPal account.  Should you need your items sent to a different person and/or address please email us at Shannonsitaliancharms@gmail.com.  Please do not include this information in the PayPal memo line as we often do not receive the memo.  If you need items shipped to multiple addresses, please place separate orders as you will need to pay for shipping expenses separately on all packages. 

NOTE:  WEBSITE AND EBAY PURCHASES CANNOT BE COMBINED.

Processing Time
It takes 3-5 days (not including weekends and holidays) to complete your charms once  payment is received and cleared, all photos/requests have been received and after you have approved your proof (should you want a proof).

Payment

We accept PayPal payment which includes most major credit cards.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PAY VIA PAYPAL. If you already have a PayPal account you will also have the option to pay via PayPal balance, eCheck and account transfer.  You can also pay via Money Order or Cashier's Check by downloading the printable order form (to the left).  NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE.
